Studio Rules

Golf is a sacred game. Respect the places where you practice and play, and the game will respect you back.

  1. Clean up after yourself and your guests before exiting the Studio. Throw all trash and recycling away and use the provided cleaning supplies as needed to take care of any messes that may have been made. Exorbitant amounts of trash and recycle should be removed by Members. Dumpsters are available behind the building. Shotshape Golf Studio runs on its members and depends on them to keep the studio clean and operational.

  2. Food and drink are BYO. Soft drinks may be provided in the mini fridge when available. Do not leave anything in the fridge at the end of your reservation.

  3. No illegal drug use or excessive alcohol consumption is allowed on the premises. No smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted indoors.

  4. No more than the allotted number of guests (depending on your membership) are allowed in the studio.

  5. Be respectful of our neighbors with noise and audio volume, especially during standard working hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM).

  6. Do not move furniture or equipment unless otherwise approved in writing by Shotshape Golf Studio.

  7. Clean your clubs before use! Using dirty clubs can cause damage to the simulator and may result in inaccurate readings from the Trackman.

  8. Only use provided golf balls or new golf balls that have not been used outdoors. Worn or scuffed balls will damage the screen.

  9. Please remove boots or outdoor shoes prior to using the golf simulator. If you are wearing your golf shoes, use the provided shoe scrapers to clean them off prior to stepping on the turf. No metal spikes are allowed.

  10. No more than one person is allowed in the hitting area at any time.

  11. Do not attempt to go behind the impact screen at any time.

  12. Be cognizant of the time and ensure you account for any clean up time required in your reservation. If you would like to extend your reservation and the next slot is available, please book it online or through the Golf Access app out of courtesy for other members.

  13. Make sure you have all of your belongings before leaving and turn the light switch off on your way out.
